利用 LS-DYNA对非晶薄带组爆炸复合冲击动态响应进行分析,获得层间碰撞速度、等效应力、等效应变等响应量。通过对涂层与无涂层的薄带组响应数值的对比,表明复合过程中等效应变主要集中在碰撞界面,且最下层应变最大,爆轰产物压力的持续使层间碰撞速度有较小幅度的提高;合理选用涂层材料有利于保护非晶薄带亚稳态结构及宏观完整性。最后在此分析基础上设计了制备实验,SEM和 XRD测试表明所获得的样品复合质量良好。

이용 LS-DYNA대비정박대조폭작복합충격동태향응진행분석,획득층간팽당속도、등효응력、등효응변등향응량。통과대도층여무도층적박대조향응수치적대비,표명복합과정중등효응변주요집중재팽당계면,차최하층응변최대,폭굉산물압력적지속사층간팽당속도유교소폭도적제고;합리선용도층재료유리우보호비정박대아은태결구급굉관완정성。최후재차분석기출상설계료제비실험,SEM화 XRD측시표명소획득적양품복합질량량호。
The numerical analysis of dynamic responses during preparing bulk metal glass by multilayer a-morphous foils was studied by LS-DYNA.Parameters of dynamic responses,such as impact velocity,equiv-alent stresses and strains between layers were given out.Dynamic characters of amorphous foils coated with Ni were compared with the uncoated state.Results show that dynamic responses of both of two states have following characters:equivalent strains mainly concentrate on impact interfaces and the maximum strain happens on the last layer,the impact velocity between layers increase slightly because of remnant pressure of detonation production.And,the coated metal which was reasonably selected is favor for retaining foils metastable structure and integrality.Last,preparing experiment was designed.SEM and XRD images of sample show that welding interfaces between layers are satisfactory.
