重金属铅对环境和人类危害极大,有些微生物具有耐受性,可用于治理环境中的铅。从电镀厂附近的土壤中分离、筛选出一株可抗Pb2+浓度达2000mg/L的菌株FP 2000,该菌经过革兰氏染色,在显微镜下观察确定为短棒状革兰氏阴性菌,最适合的生长条件为:温度34~40℃,pH值4~6。并对该菌株16S rDNA进行测序,分析测序结果后鉴定了该菌种为克雷伯氏菌。为进一步研究微生物抗铅机理奠定基础。

From soil of an electroplate factory,a bacterial strain with high efficiency of resisting lead was found,which can resist a high concentration (2000mg/L) Pb2+,and was named as FP2000 in this study. By the comparison be-tween growth conditions and lead resistance, the optimum resistance conditions were determined, which temperature was 37~40℃ and pH was 5.0~7.0. Based on the result of 16S rDNA sequences,this strain was identified as Klebsiel-la. The foundations is laid for the further study on mechanism of microbial resistance to lead.
