目的探讨小儿胰腺假性囊肿的治疗体会。方法回顾性分析本院1999年1月至2012年12月收治的17例胰腺假性囊肿患儿临床资料，男8例，女9例，年龄2～16岁，平均年龄8．4岁，其中13例行保守治疗；1例行超声引导下经皮穿刺引流；3例手术治疗（1例行囊肿外引流术，1例行囊肿胃吻合术，1例行胰腺囊肿切除术）。结果13例保守治疗病例中，10例治疗有效；3例失败其中1例经皮穿刺引流病例好转出院。3例手术病例均治愈出院。17例中，1例复发，其余治愈及好转病例随访半年至1年均无复发及相关并发症出现。结论胰腺假性囊肿无论大小，大多数经早期保守治疗，可获好转或痊愈；出现手术适应证时应及时手术，手术治愈率高，囊肿吸收快，并发症少。
목적탐토소인이선가성낭종적치료체회。방법회고성분석본원1999년1월지2012년12월수치적17례이선가성낭종환인림상자료，남8례，녀9례，년령2～16세，평균년령8．4세，기중13례행보수치료；1례행초성인도하경피천자인류；3례수술치료（1례행낭종외인류술，1례행낭종위문합술，1례행이선낭종절제술）。결과13례보수치료병례중，10례치료유효；3례실패기중1례경피천자인류병례호전출원。3례수술병례균치유출원。17례중，1례복발，기여치유급호전병례수방반년지1년균무복발급상관병발증출현。결론이선가성낭종무론대소，대다수경조기보수치료，가획호전혹전유；출현수술괄응증시응급시수술，수술치유솔고，낭종흡수쾌，병발증소。
Objective To summarize the experience of treating children with pancreatic pseudocysts. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the 17 cases of pancreatic pseudocysts diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 1999 to December 2012.The patients,including 8 males and 9 females,aged from 2 to 16 years,with the average age 8.4 years.Of the total 17 cases,13 received conservative treatment,1 re-ceived ultrasound guided percutaneous drainage,and 3 were treated with operation (1 underwent cyst drainage, 1 cyst gastrostomy,and 1 pancreatic cyst excision). Results Among the 13 cases given conservative treat-ment,10 were satisfatorilly treated and 3 failed.1 treated with percutaneous drainage recovered well.The re-maining 3 treated with operative therapy were cured and discharged.Among the total 17 cases,only 1 case had a relapse,all the others were followed up for six months to one year with no recurrence or complications. Con-clusion In children,pancreatic pseudocysts can frequently be managed with early conservative treatment re-gardless of size of the pseudocysts.And the advantages of operative treatment are high cure rate,cyst of fast absorption and less complications.
