介绍了一种环氧虫啶的合成新方法。以硝基二氯乙烯为原料,先通过硝化得到二甲氧基硝基乙烯,经环合反应合成硝基亚甲基咪唑烷,再经过缩合反应制得重要中间体氯吡啶硝基亚甲基咪唑烷,最后与丁二醛通过成环反应合成环氧虫啶。该合成工艺原料易得,操作简便,反应条件温和,产品含量97%,具有工业化应用前景。

A novel synthetic route of cycloxaprid was developed. Using 1,1-dichloro-2-nitroethene as the starting material, 1,1-dimethoxy-2-nitroethene was obtainedvia nitration reaction. Followed by cyclization and condensation, the key intermediate 2-chloro-5-chloromethylpyridine (CCMP) was formed. The target compound was synthesized by reacting with CCMP and succindialdehyde. The new synthetic process had advantages of readily available raw materials, simple operations, mild reaction conditions. And the purity of the product was 97%. It was valuable to be used in industrial scale.
