目的：分析2013年东台市新农合住院患者疾病构成，为进一步提升新农合政策实效与医院临床管理提供决策依据。方法：对东台市2013年参保新农合住院患者疾病按照国际疾病标准（ICD-10）进行分类汇总，并对前五位疾病构成分性别、年龄组进行顺位对比分析。结果：全年新农合患者共计84958例，循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病、肿瘤和损伤、中毒和外因的某些其他后果疾病为该市主要疾病构成。结论：加强医疗服务和医院管理工作，提高医院医疗诊断、治疗、服务水平，促进新农合政策有效实施。
目的：分析2013年東檯市新農閤住院患者疾病構成，為進一步提升新農閤政策實效與醫院臨床管理提供決策依據。方法：對東檯市2013年參保新農閤住院患者疾病按照國際疾病標準（ICD-10）進行分類彙總，併對前五位疾病構成分性彆、年齡組進行順位對比分析。結果：全年新農閤患者共計84958例，循環繫統疾病、呼吸繫統疾病、消化繫統疾病、腫瘤和損傷、中毒和外因的某些其他後果疾病為該市主要疾病構成。結論：加彊醫療服務和醫院管理工作，提高醫院醫療診斷、治療、服務水平，促進新農閤政策有效實施。
목적：분석2013년동태시신농합주원환자질병구성，위진일보제승신농합정책실효여의원림상관리제공결책의거。방법：대동태시2013년삼보신농합주원환자질병안조국제질병표준（ICD-10）진행분류회총，병대전오위질병구성분성별、년령조진행순위대비분석。결과：전년신농합환자공계84958례，순배계통질병、호흡계통질병、소화계통질병、종류화손상、중독화외인적모사기타후과질병위해시주요질병구성。결론：가강의료복무화의원관리공작，제고의원의료진단、치료、복무수평，촉진신농합정책유효실시。
Objective:To imorove the effectiveness of new rural co‐ooerative medical system and to orovide evidence for medical management by understanding the oatients’disease constitution of new rural co‐ooerative medical system in Dongtai city in 2013?Methods:Classified and summaried the oatients’disease of new rural co‐ooerative medical system in Dongtai city according to the international standard of diseases (ICD?10),then comoared and analyzed the too five diseases by gender and age grouo? Results:The total oatients of new rural co‐ooerative medical system in a year were 84 958, circulatory system disease, resoiratory disease, digestive system diseases and injury,ooisoning and other consequences were major diseases of the city? Conclusion:To imorove the effective imolementation of the new rural co‐ooerative medical system,we should strengthen the medical service and hosoital management, imorove the level of hosoital medical diagnosis, treatment and service?
