目的:探讨理实一体化教学模式在高职《血液学检验》的实施效果。方法选择2012级医学检验专业学生为实验组,2011级、2010级医学检验学生为对照组。实验组使用理实一体化为主的教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。结果2012级学生平时成绩、理论成绩及实践成绩均明显高于2011级、2010级学生( P <0.05)。结论《血液学检验》使用理实一体化教学模式大大提高了学习效率,适合在高职院校医学检验专业《血液学检验》课程开展。

Objective To explore the effect of the model of combining theory and practice in teaching He‐motologic Laboratory .Methods Students of Grade 2012 majoring in medical examination were chosen to form the experimental group ,and students of Grade 2011 and Grade 2010 majoring in medical examination were chosen to form the control group .The former was taught with the model of combining theory and practice ,while latter was taught with traditional teaching method .Results The grades of the students of the experimental group were all found higher in classroom tests ,comprehensive theory tests and clinical practice tests than those of the control group( P <0 .05) .Conclusion The model of combining theory and practice in teaching Hemotologic Laboratory can greatly raise students ’ learning efficiency in higher voca‐tional colleges .
