目的：探讨三阴性乳腺癌（ TNBC）组织Ki-67表达与多西他赛联合顺铂化疗疗效之间的关系。方法选取术后胸壁局部复发和（或）区域淋巴结转移的女性TNBC患者50例，复发或转移病灶行穿刺活检术，应用免疫组化方法检测Ki-67的表达，分为区域淋巴结转移组、无区域淋巴结转移组，Ki-67阳性表达组及阴性表达组。应用多西他赛联合顺铂方案化疗，3周期后进行疗效评价。结果区域淋巴结转移组及无区域淋巴结转移组Ki-67阳性表达差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.402，P=0.036）。3周期化疗后Ki-67阳性表达组有效率85.71%（30/35），Ki-67阴性表达组有效率60.00%（9/15），差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.406，P=0.044）。结论多西他赛联合顺铂治疗术后出现胸壁局部复发和（或）区域淋巴结转移的TNBC疗效较好， Ki-67阳性表达的TNBC患者对该方案化疗更敏感。
목적：탐토삼음성유선암（ TNBC）조직Ki-67표체여다서타새연합순박화료료효지간적관계。방법선취술후흉벽국부복발화（혹）구역림파결전이적녀성TNBC환자50례，복발혹전이병조행천자활검술，응용면역조화방법검측Ki-67적표체，분위구역림파결전이조、무구역림파결전이조，Ki-67양성표체조급음성표체조。응용다서타새연합순박방안화료，3주기후진행료효평개。결과구역림파결전이조급무구역림파결전이조Ki-67양성표체차이유통계학의의（χ2=4.402，P=0.036）。3주기화료후Ki-67양성표체조유효솔85.71%（30/35），Ki-67음성표체조유효솔60.00%（9/15），차이유통계학의의（χ2=4.406，P=0.044）。결론다서타새연합순박치료술후출현흉벽국부복발화（혹）구역림파결전이적TNBC료효교호， Ki-67양성표체적TNBC환자대해방안화료경민감。
Objective To investigate the relationship between Ki-67 expression and efficacy of docetaxel com-bined with cisplatin for triple-negative breast cancer( TNBC). Methods Fifty female postoperative patients with TNBC accompanied with chest wall recurrence and( or)regional lymph node metastasis,recurrent or metastatic le-sions for biopsy,and immunohistochemistry was used to detect the Ki-67 expression. All the patients were divided into the regional lymph node metastasis group and the no regional lymph node metastasis group,the positive expre-ssion of Ki-67 group and the negative expression of Ki-67 group. Docetaxel combined with cisplatin was used to treat all the patients,one cycle was 21 days,the efficacy were evaluated after 3 cycles of chemotherapy. Results There were statistical differences in the Ki-67 expression between the regional lymph node metastasis group and the no regional lymph node metastasis group(χ2 =4. 402,P =0. 036 ). After 3 cycles of chemotherapy,the response rate was 85. 71%(30/35)of the positive expression of Ki-67 group,and was 60. 00%(9/15)of the negative expression of Ki-67 group(χ2 =4. 406,P=0. 044). Conclusion Docetaxel combined with cisplatin is highly effect in the treat-ment of chest wall recurrence and( or)regional lymph node metastasis in postoperative patients with TNBC,among the patients with TNBC in the positive expression of Ki-67 group had the better efficiency.
