目的：探讨靶向心理护理在改善乳腺癌患者的心理状态方面的效果。方法将100例确诊为乳腺癌患者随机分为对照组及实验组各50例。对照组仅行常规护理，实验组通过自行设计的调查表询问产生抑郁、焦虑的主要原因，根据调查结果采取靶向心理护理干预，比较两组护理效果。结果实验组患者在抑郁、焦虑程度等心理状态及治疗依从性改善方面显著优于对照组（P ＜0．05）。结论靶向心理护理干预能使患者尽快调整心态，正确面对疾病，配合医生治疗，改善癌症患者预后，提高生存质量。
목적：탐토파향심리호리재개선유선암환자적심리상태방면적효과。방법장100례학진위유선암환자수궤분위대조조급실험조각50례。대조조부행상규호리，실험조통과자행설계적조사표순문산생억욱、초필적주요원인，근거조사결과채취파향심리호리간예，비교량조호리효과。결과실험조환자재억욱、초필정도등심리상태급치료의종성개선방면현저우우대조조（P ＜0．05）。결론파향심리호리간예능사환자진쾌조정심태，정학면대질병，배합의생치료，개선암증환자예후，제고생존질량。
Objective To observe the effect of targeted psychological care on the mental state of breast cancer patients . Methods 100 cases of confirmed breast cancer were randomly divided into the contrast group and the experimental group ,with 50 patients in each group .The contrast group was given conven‐tional nursing ,while the experimental group was surveyed about the causes of depression and anxiety through the self‐designed questionnaire and the targeted psychological care interventions were adopted and the effects in two groups were compared .Results Patients in the experimental group had depression ,anxi‐ety and other psychological status and the treatment compliance improved significantly better than in the contrast group( P <0 .05) .Conclusion Psychological care of patients with targeted interventions can help patients adjust their mental state as soon as possible ,positively face the disease ,cooperate with doctors , improve the prognosis and their quality of life .
