目的：对氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦在原发性高血压中的临床疗效进行分析。方法选取2008年5月至2013年12月高血压病患者。分为联合用药组(237例)和氨氯地平组(256例)。前者采用氨氯地平(5 mg qd)联合厄贝沙坦片(150 mg qd),后者采用氨氯地平(5 mg qd)进行治疗,与治疗前和治疗12周后对联合用药组患者血压进行观察分析。结果联合用药组患者在治疗12周后的收缩压为(120.1±10.10) mmHg,舒张压(80.3±4.2) mmHg均分别低于氨氯地平组患者的收缩压(130.25±10.95) mmHg,舒张压(83.25±6.75) mmHg。结论氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦可以更加有效治疗原发性高血压。
목적：대안록지평연합액패사탄재원발성고혈압중적림상료효진행분석。방법선취2008년5월지2013년12월고혈압병환자。분위연합용약조(237례)화안록지평조(256례)。전자채용안록지평(5 mg qd)연합액패사탄편(150 mg qd),후자채용안록지평(5 mg qd)진행치료,여치료전화치료12주후대연합용약조환자혈압진행관찰분석。결과연합용약조환자재치료12주후적수축압위(120.1±10.10) mmHg,서장압(80.3±4.2) mmHg균분별저우안록지평조환자적수축압(130.25±10.95) mmHg,서장압(83.25±6.75) mmHg。결론안록지평연합액패사탄가이경가유효치료원발성고혈압。
Objective The purpose of the combination of amlodipine and irbesartan in primary hypertension clinical curative effect analysis of. Methods From 2008 May to 2013 December,patients with hypertension in Guigang City,Gangnan District in wood Ridge Community Health Service Center for the treatment of 237 cases. Divided into combined treatment group (237 cases) and amlodipine group (256 cases). The former use of amlodipine (5 mg QD) combined with Irbesartan Tablets (150 mg QD),the latter with amlodip-ine (5 mg QD) treatment,and 12 weeks before and after the treatment of combined treatment group patients were in the treatment of 12 weeks after the observation of blood pressure analysis. Results The combination group in the treatment of patients with systolic blood pressure for 12 weeks (120. 1 ± 10. 10) mmHg,diastolic blood pressure (80. 3 ± 4. 2) mmHg were lower than amlodipine group systol-ic blood pressure (130. 25 ± 10. 95) mmHg,diastolic blood pressure (83. 25 ± 6. 75) mmHg. Conclusion The combination of amlodip-ine and irbesartan can be more effective in the treatment of essential hypertension.
