采用(1+1)盐酸分解磁性铁,考查溶解温度和溶解时间的影响,建立(1+1)盐酸分解—重铬酸钾容量法测定超贫磁铁矿中磁性铁含量的分析方法。将此方法用于标准物质和实际样品中磁性铁的测定,标准物质分析结果的相对误差在0.43%~3.20%之间,实际样品重复分析结果的相对偏差在0.84%~1.12%,符合规范要求,适合推广应用于大批量超贫磁铁矿中磁性铁的分析。
採用(1+1)鹽痠分解磁性鐵,攷查溶解溫度和溶解時間的影響,建立(1+1)鹽痠分解—重鉻痠鉀容量法測定超貧磁鐵礦中磁性鐵含量的分析方法。將此方法用于標準物質和實際樣品中磁性鐵的測定,標準物質分析結果的相對誤差在0.43%~3.20%之間,實際樣品重複分析結果的相對偏差在0.84%~1.12%,符閤規範要求,適閤推廣應用于大批量超貧磁鐵礦中磁性鐵的分析。

In this paper,the method of (1+1) hydrochloric acid dissolution was conducted to examine the effect of dis-solving temperature and time and established the analysis method of determination of magnetic iron in ultra -low-grade magnetite by potassium dichrote volumetric method with (1+1) hydrochloric acid dissolution .This method was also used to determinate megnetic iron in actual samples and standard substances .The relative error of analysis results in standard substances were 0.43%to 3.20%and the ralative deviation of repeated analysis results in actul samples were 0.84%to 1 .12%.This method meets the requirments of specification and is suitable for the batch analysis of magnetic iron in ul -tra-low-grade magnetite .
