依据锡元素电离电位低、谱线多的特点,采用一米光栅发射光谱法测定锡元素时,可根据锡元素不同级别灵敏线对信号值的响应程度不同,建立浓度与信号的线性关系。通过实验研究,建立一次制样测定地质样品中锡元素的方法。该方法既兼顾了发射光谱法灵敏度高的优点,又将Sn的检测上限,由原来的0.01%提高到10%,提高了Sn的测量范围,避免了传统稀释方法所带来的误差,适合于不同含量地质样品中锡元素的测定。

Based on the characteristics of low ionization potential ,many spectral lines ,and the different degrees of sensi-tivity of different spectral lines in response to the signal value , the Linear relationship between concentration and signal was set up .Through experimental studies ,the paper established a sample preparation method for the determination of tin in geological samples .This method not only took into account the advantages of high sensitivity by optical emission spec-trometry,but the detection limit of Sn was also increased from 0.01%to 10%.The errors caused by conventional dilu-tion method were avoided ,thereby the quality of analysis and the efficiency were improved .The method was suitable for the determination of tin in geological samples with different content .
