Harbor seawall construction is always affected by complex geological conditions and many other factors,therefore,to select a suitable foundation treatment method not only guarantee the safety of the port and the stability of the seawall,but also decrease the project cost. Cement-mixing piles were applied to the foundation treatment of Daxie Shuangmeiqi east seawall,which was proved feasible. The above foundation treatment method was also used effectively in harbor seawall construction.
