面向环保疏浚工程堆场底泥脱水干化,开展堆场主动排水工艺的方案设计和实验研究。结果表明:采用絮凝剂、脱水剂与真空抽滤相结合,对于含水率为70%的环保疏浚底泥脱水具有较为显著的效果,在25 d内含水率降低至41.88%,排出水的浊度、CODMn以及pH值满足《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-96),物理力学指标、沉降时程曲线、孔隙水压力和微型十字板等指标表明土体的固结均匀,为后期处置利用创造了条件。
麵嚮環保疏浚工程堆場底泥脫水榦化,開展堆場主動排水工藝的方案設計和實驗研究。結果錶明:採用絮凝劑、脫水劑與真空抽濾相結閤,對于含水率為70%的環保疏浚底泥脫水具有較為顯著的效果,在25 d內含水率降低至41.88%,排齣水的濁度、CODMn以及pH值滿足《汙水綜閤排放標準》(GB8978-96),物理力學指標、沉降時程麯線、孔隙水壓力和微型十字闆等指標錶明土體的固結均勻,為後期處置利用創造瞭條件。
면향배보소준공정퇴장저니탈수간화,개전퇴장주동배수공예적방안설계화실험연구。결과표명:채용서응제、탈수제여진공추려상결합,대우함수솔위70%적배보소준저니탈수구유교위현저적효과,재25 d내함수솔강저지41.88%,배출수적탁도、CODMn이급pH치만족《오수종합배방표준》(GB8978-96),물리역학지표、침강시정곡선、공극수압력화미형십자판등지표표명토체적고결균균,위후기처치이용창조료조건。
The design and experimental study of stockyard draining technology were carried out in order to resolve the sludge dewatering in environmental protection and dredging projects. The results showed that the combination of flocculants,dehydration agent and vacuum suction-filtration method was effectively applied to the dewatering process of the dredged sludge with 70%water content,and the water content was reduced to be 41.88%within 25 days. The turbidity,CODMn and pH value of the discharged water met Integrated Sewage Discharge Standard (GB8978-96). In addition,the relevant physical and mechanical indices,sedimentation time curve, pore-water pressure and micro-vane etc. proved the uniform consolidation of soil body,which is in favor of the treatment in future.
