立式机床,如数控铣床、加工中心等,在加工有高同轴度要求且非通透的孔时,加工难度大且精度难以保证;实现了在立式机床上对同轴非通孔高精度在线加工。利用先进的光电瞄准和检测技术、数据处理技术,以及自行设计的挠性结构三爪定心卡具和工作台,实现了对加工难度较高的非通孔的加工保证和实时检测,能够保证两非通孔的同轴度σ≤6.58μm。技术实现简单,稳定可靠,能够解决传统加工过程中测量困难、加工精度低等问题。

Vertical machines, such as CNC milling machines and machining centers, are difficult to process non-trans-parent holes with high concentricity requirements and ensure the precision. This technology enables the vertical machines for the purpose of high-coaxial non-through hole’s online processing. A centering gripper with flexible structure jaw and table is designed for realizing the assurance of a high degree difficulty of non-through hole’s processing and re-al-time detection by using advanced optical targeting and detecting techniques, data processing techniques and the de-gree of coaxial can be ensured. The technology is simple and reliable. The difficulties of traditional processing measure-ment and low precision can be solved.
