介绍了DMD的工作原理以及相应的红外景象模拟技术的特点,设计了一种工作在8~12μm波段的红外目标模拟器。对系统整体进行建模、分析,DMD表面照度均匀。投影系统采用四片式结构,焦距405mm。MTF在10lp/mm处大于0.5,弥散斑均方根半径小于衍射极限,系统畸变控制在0.5%以内。该系统结构紧凑,性能良好。

The working principle of DMD and the characteristic of infrared scene simulation technology have been intro-duced. An IR simulator works on the weave length of 8~12μm is designed. The model of entire system is built and analyzed,which enable an uniformly illumination on DMD. The projection system adopts a four lens structure,and has a focal length of 405mm. The MTF is over 0.5 in 10lp/mm,spot diameter is under diffraction limitation,and distor-tion is within 0.5%. The system is compacted and works well.
