本文以深圳地铁1号线续建工程前海车辆段工程为例,对车辆段上部盖有物业开发房屋的车辆段如何合理确定结构方案,避免结构体系成为严重不规则结构,提高其抗震性能等需考虑的问题及采取的对策进行了详细论述,并据此确定了车辆段的合理结构方案。并对如何采用结构构件自身防火并使其达到4h的耐火极限提出了解决办法。并据此完成车辆段的设计,为以后类似工程的设计提供借鉴。

Based on the construction of Qianhai metro depot of Shenzhen Metro Line 1 continued project, relevant problems and countermeasures were discussed in detail in order to determine reasonable structure of the metro depots under the property developed buildings,avoid serious irregular structure and improve structural strength under shock. And the solution was proposed for the structural members reaching 4.0 h fireproofing high-point. Accordingly the metro depot was successfully designed,which may provide references for similar projects.
