创新人才是我国建设创新型国家，提升综合国力，实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的重要依靠力量。如何培养出符合国际标准的创新型人才一直是我国教育界各方人士探讨和实践的重要问题。钱学森先生曾多次表示并直接提出的“为什么我们的学校总是培养不出杰出人才”的质疑，明确地指出了我国现行人才培养模式中存在的关键问题，同时也对我国今后的创新人才培养模式、机制提出了更有针对性的目标和期望。本文从“钱学森之问”基本论题的由来出发，深入分析“钱学森之问”问题实质，分别从国家政策导向、社会辅助配合、学校教育改革、学生主观努力等多个角度提出对我国创新人才培养的思考。

Innovative talent is the key drive for an innovative country, the enhancement of the comprehensive national strength and the realization of the great rejuvenation of China. How to cultivate the talents to meet the requirement of the international standard has always been the issue for education. Mr Qian put forward the question“why doesn’t our school always cultivate outstanding talents?” He not only directly pointed out the problem existed, but also put forward more specific expectation of the future education. This article starts from the Qian’s doubt to cover the talents’ cultivation from national policy, the reform of school education, the social support, etc.
