采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法对大连大学足球课程资源的开发与利用进行调查研究。学校现有的足球课程资源可基本满足教学、训练及比赛的要求,但还应提高对现有资源的利用率;应注重对足球人力资源的开发利用,学校足球师资人员数量不足,综合素质及教学、训练、科研、裁判能力方面也有差异,缺乏高学历青年教师,同时也要加强对学生资源的开发利用;应重新对学校现有的足球场地器材设施进行合理规划和布局,加大场地设施的经费投入;需向校外延伸,可利用大连这座“足球城”的优势环境,做好校外课程资源的开发利用;建立校园足球网站,使课程资源得到合理的优化配置。做好足球课程资源的开发利用,不仅是足球教学的重要保障,而且对推动校园足球运动的发展也非常有意义。

s: his paper uses literature, interviews and questionnaires to study the development and the utilization of football resources in Dalian University. The existing football program resources has basically met the football teaching requirements in Dalian University, however, it should further utilizes the existing football resources that it focuses on football resources development and the football faculty staff are insufficient in our school, and there are differences in the teaching, training, research and the referee ability, especially short of highly educated young teachers; We should, therefore, take rational planning and lay out the existing football resources of our school to enhance these aspects to develop and utilize school resources better with the advantage of “soccer city” of Dalian and to establish the campus football websites to make the program a reasonable and optimal. How to exploit the program resources in college football teaching not only meaningful to the football teaching, but also valuable to promote the development of campus football.
