针对可移式电动工具产品质量现状及性能试验方法,设计一种基于非接触快速的可移式电动工具电气性能测试装置,利用感应盘、机械手等部件组合实现快速安装和性能试验操作。重点解决检测样品安装不便、工作效率低等共性问题。经综合性能测试,结果证明其加载精度、响应速度和稳定性符合四种可移式电动工具检测要求。

According to the current situation of transportable motor operated electric tools products quality and performance test methods, design a test device based on quick non-contact transportable motor operated electric tools properties, using components such as the induction plate, manipulator to achieve quick installation and performance test operations. Focus on solving the common problems such as samples inconvenient installation, low working efficiency. Through the comprehensive performance test, the results prove that the loading accuracy, response speed and stability are in conformity with four transportable motor operated electric tools testing requirements.
