肝脏局灶性结节增生是发病率仅次于肝血管瘤的肝脏良性肿瘤，与肝腺瘤及原发性肝癌难鉴别，故临床治疗尚无统一标准，外科手术指针也不明确。因此，尚需进一步运用循证医学证据指导临床治疗，既要避免盲目手术，更要避免漏诊和误诊而延误病情。

Therefore, the high quality evidences of evidence-based medicine are still need to support the clinical management, not only to avoid bind operation, but also to avoid the misdiagnosis and delayed treatment.
