目的：探讨骨膜蛋白在骨肉瘤、骨软骨瘤病理组织中表达的差异性及其临床意义。方法：用免疫组织化学SP方法检测28例骨肉瘤及28例骨软骨瘤中的骨膜蛋白表达情况。结果：骨肉瘤组织中骨膜蛋白的阳性率为82.1％，骨软骨瘤标本中未见骨膜蛋白表达，两组比较有显著性差异（P<0.01)；骨膜蛋白的表达与骨肉瘤患者的3年无转移生存期有关。结论：骨膜蛋白可能参与了骨肉瘤的浸润、转移等进程，检测骨膜蛋白可早期预测骨肉瘤的转移风险和预后。
목적：탐토골막단백재골육류、골연골류병리조직중표체적차이성급기림상의의。방법：용면역조직화학SP방법검측28례골육류급28례골연골류중적골막단백표체정황。결과：골육류조직중골막단백적양성솔위82.1％，골연골류표본중미견골막단백표체，량조비교유현저성차이（P<0.01)；골막단백적표체여골육류환자적3년무전이생존기유관。결론：골막단백가능삼여료골육류적침윤、전이등진정，검측골막단백가조기예측골육류적전이풍험화예후。
Objective:To investigate expression and significance of periostin in osteosarcoma tissue. Methods:Periostin were detected by SP immunohistochemical method in 28 cases of osteosarcoma and 28 of osteochondroma.Results:The positive rate of periostin expression were 82.1%in osteosarcoma,which were higher than those in osteochondroma,P<0.01. The positive expression of Ezrin in osteosarcoma was relative with the rate 0f 3—year metastasis-free.Conclusion:Periostin may participate the progressions of infiltration and metastasis.The detection of them can early predict potential metastatic risk and prognosis of osteosareoma.
