目的：探讨婴幼儿重型麻疹临床护理。方法：回顾分析62例婴幼儿重型麻疹的临床资料。结果：加强呼吸道管理、合理氧疗和严密观察呼吸、消化、神经及循环系统并发症是该病专科护理重点。结论：积极有效的临床专科护理，可以提高婴幼儿重型麻疹抢救成功率，降低病死率。
목적：탐토영유인중형마진림상호리。방법：회고분석62례영유인중형마진적림상자료。결과：가강호흡도관리、합리양료화엄밀관찰호흡、소화、신경급순배계통병발증시해병전과호리중점。결론：적겁유효적림상전과호리，가이제고영유인중형마진창구성공솔，강저병사솔。
Objective: To explore the Nursing of infants with severe measles.Methods:Clinical data from 62 cases of infants with severe measles were analyzed retrospectively . Results:strengthening the management of respiratory tract and rational oxygen therapy and closely monitoring the respiratory, digestive, nervous and circulatory system complications alone with nursing care. Conclusion:it is valuable for the nursing and actively cooperating with the therapeutic decisions, indicate that successfully rescue rate and mortality rate can be improved.
