目的：探讨延续性护理对2型糖尿病患者血糖和生活质量的影响。方法：将60例2型糖尿病患者随机分为实验干预组和对照组，各30例。实验干预组实施延续性护理服务，对照组实施糖尿病常规护理。比较两组患者干预前和干预后3个月血糖控制情况和生活质量的变化。结果：实施干预后3个月，两组血糖水平、生活质量比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在2型糖尿病患者中实施延续性护理干预可以更好地控制患者血糖，并且明显改善其生活质量。
목적：탐토연속성호리대2형당뇨병환자혈당화생활질량적영향。방법：장60례2형당뇨병환자수궤분위실험간예조화대조조，각30례。실험간예조실시연속성호리복무，대조조실시당뇨병상규호리。비교량조환자간예전화간예후3개월혈당공제정황화생활질량적변화。결과：실시간예후3개월，량조혈당수평、생활질량비교차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：재2형당뇨병환자중실시연속성호리간예가이경호지공제환자혈당，병차명현개선기생활질량。
Objective:To Explore the effect of continuity of nursing for with type 2 diabetes blood glucose and quality of life. Methods:The 60 patients with type 2 diabetes diagnosis standard were the research object, randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 30 cases in each . Experimental group patients implemented continuity nursing service, The control group in patients implemented routine nursing. Compare the glycemic control conditions and the change of quality of life between two groups of patients before the intervention and after the intervention for 3 months. Results:after the intervention for 3 months, the differences of blood sugar and level quality of life between two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Implementation of the continuity of nursing in patients with type 2 diabetes patients can better control blood sugar, and obviously improve the patient 's quality of life.
