目的：：探讨临床路径在慢性鼻窦炎围手术期健康教育中的应用效果。方法：将160例慢性鼻窦炎患者随机分为实验组和对照组，各80例，均在全麻下行鼻内镜下鼻窦手术。对照组采用传统的口头宣教为主的护理模式，观察组在传统护理模式基础上采用标准化的临床路径进行护理。出院时均发放调查问卷，比较患者健康教育知识掌握情况、平均住院天数、人均费用、护理满意度。结果：实验组患者对疾病相关知识掌握评分明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；实验组患者住院天数、平均费用明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；实验组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：采用临床护理路径进行疾病护理能够提高慢性鼻窦炎患者的满意度，降低住院费用和住院天数，进一步促进患者健康。
목적：：탐토림상로경재만성비두염위수술기건강교육중적응용효과。방법：장160례만성비두염환자수궤분위실험조화대조조，각80례，균재전마하행비내경하비두수술。대조조채용전통적구두선교위주적호리모식，관찰조재전통호리모식기출상채용표준화적림상로경진행호리。출원시균발방조사문권，비교환자건강교육지식장악정황、평균주원천수、인균비용、호리만의도。결과：실험조환자대질병상관지식장악평분명현고우대조조（P<0.05）；실험조환자주원천수、평균비용명현저우대조조（P<0.05）；실험조환자호리만의도명현고우대조조（P<0.05）。결론：채용림상호리로경진행질병호리능구제고만성비두염환자적만의도，강저주원비용화주원천수，진일보촉진환자건강。
Objective: To investigate the application effect of clinical pathway in chronic sinusitis healthy education during perioperative period.Methods:160 patients with chronic sinusitis operated by nasal endoscope under general anesthesia,were ramdomly and averagely divided into experimental group and control group.The former received traditional oral education,on the basis of that,the latter,was nursed by standardized clinical nursing pathway. Questionnaires were provided to compare healthy education effect,average hospitalization days,average medical expenditure,and nursing satisfaction after discharge.Results: Experimental group got obvious higher scores in understanding the disease knowledge (P<0.05),whose average hospitalization days and average expenditure were considerable fewer and lesser than control group (P<0.05).The fomer got much better nursing satisfaction too(P<0.05). Conclusion:Application of clinical nursing pathway in chronic sinusitis could improve nursing satisfaction,lower medical expenditure and reduce average hospitalization days,therefore improve health level.
