目的：探讨提高ICU护士对危重患者床头抬高依从性的方法。方法：回顾性分析干预措施（严密质控，优化测量工具，规范化培训，品管圈成员督查，每月护士会的反馈）前后床头抬高依从性的影响。结果：床头抬高依从率由干预前47.10%提高至干预后80.61%。结论：综合干预措施的实施，能有效地提高护士执行床头抬高的依从性。
목적：탐토제고ICU호사대위중환자상두태고의종성적방법。방법：회고성분석간예조시（엄밀질공，우화측량공구，규범화배훈，품관권성원독사，매월호사회적반궤）전후상두태고의종성적영향。결과：상두태고의종솔유간예전47.10%제고지간예후80.61%。결론：종합간예조시적실시，능유효지제고호사집행상두태고적의종성。
Objective:To investigate the methods of improving the ICU nurse's compliance of the bed head eleva-tion in critical patients. Methods:It was analyzed respectively that how interventional methods, including Strict quality control, optimization of measurement tools, standardized training, supervision of quality control teams, monthly feed-back from nursing meeting, affect the ICU nurse's compliance of the bed head elevation Results: The results shows that the compliance rate of the bed head elevation increased from 47.10%before intervention to 80.61%after inter-vention in 2013. Conclusion:The ICU nurse's compliance of the bed head elevation in critical patients can be im-proved effectively by implement of combined interventional methods.
