目的：探讨闭孔疝的临床诊断及治疗。方法：回顾性分析某医院急诊外科收治的12例闭孔疝患者资料。结果：12例患者术前通过CT检查确诊；2例行经腹腔镜手术，10例行开腹手术，3例患者术中发现肠坏死行肠切除；术后2例出现肺部感染，2例出现切口感染，12例患者最终皆康复出院。结论：闭孔疝多见于老年消瘦女性患者，通过CT可诊断，早期手术是治疗的关键。
목적：탐토폐공산적림상진단급치료。방법：회고성분석모의원급진외과수치적12례폐공산환자자료。결과：12례환자술전통과CT검사학진；2례행경복강경수술，10례행개복수술，3례환자술중발현장배사행장절제；술후2례출현폐부감염，2례출현절구감염，12례환자최종개강복출원。결론：폐공산다견우노년소수녀성환자，통과CT가진단，조기수술시치료적관건。
Objective:To determine diagnosis and surgical treatment of obturator hernia. Methods:The clinical data were analyzed in 12 patients with obturator hernia undergone surgical treatment admitted in our hospital.Results:12 patients diagnosed by CT before surgery;2 patients in laparoscopic surgery, 10 patients in laparotomy , 3 patients in bowel resection;2 patients had lung infection after surgery, 2 patients had wound infection , 12 patients ultimately are discharged. Conclusion:Obturator hernia usually afflicts elderly emaciated female patients.CT is an important diagnostic instrument for the clinical suspicion,and early diagnosis and timely surgery may improve the curative rate.
