目的：探讨开展出院患者电话回访工作在医患沟通中的作用。方法：回顾性总结和分析某医院9个年度电话回访情况。结果：电话回访，释疑解惑，针对性地改进工作，能提高患者满意率。结论：开展出院患者电话回访工作具有重要意义。
目的：探討開展齣院患者電話迴訪工作在醫患溝通中的作用。方法：迴顧性總結和分析某醫院9箇年度電話迴訪情況。結果：電話迴訪，釋疑解惑，針對性地改進工作，能提高患者滿意率。結論：開展齣院患者電話迴訪工作具有重要意義。
목적：탐토개전출원환자전화회방공작재의환구통중적작용。방법：회고성총결화분석모의원9개년도전화회방정황。결과：전화회방，석의해혹，침대성지개진공작，능제고환자만의솔。결론：개전출원환자전화회방공작구유중요의의。
Objective:To discuss the function of telephone follow-up to discharged hospitalized patients in doc-tor-patient communication. Methods:Retrospective summary and analysis of telephone follow-up in 9 years. Results:In line with telephone follow-up, questions have been answered, medicare jobs are correspondingly improved, thereby elevating patients satisfaction degree. Conclusion:It is Signifieance to carry out telephone follow-up to discharged hospitalized patients.
