针对变电站主变压器本体及散热器标示牌处存在严重腐蚀、渗漏油的情况,对粘贴变压器标示牌所使用的硅酮密封胶对变压器散热器冷轧钢板的腐蚀行为进行分析。选取长鹿牌、百丽春牌酸性、中性硅酮密封胶作试样,浸泡实验、耐中性盐雾腐蚀实验、湿热实验、红外光谱测试和pH值测试结果表明:酸性硅酮密封胶的防水、防酸、防盐渗透性比中性硅酮密封胶好,但酸性硅酮密封胶对金属的腐蚀性更强,其中百丽春牌酸性硅酮密封胶的腐蚀性最强;酸性硅酮密封胶在固化过程中产生腐蚀性气体,对金属造成腐蚀。建议采用中性硅酮密封胶或其他非腐蚀性胶粘贴变压器标示牌。
針對變電站主變壓器本體及散熱器標示牌處存在嚴重腐蝕、滲漏油的情況,對粘貼變壓器標示牌所使用的硅酮密封膠對變壓器散熱器冷軋鋼闆的腐蝕行為進行分析。選取長鹿牌、百麗春牌痠性、中性硅酮密封膠作試樣,浸泡實驗、耐中性鹽霧腐蝕實驗、濕熱實驗、紅外光譜測試和pH值測試結果錶明:痠性硅酮密封膠的防水、防痠、防鹽滲透性比中性硅酮密封膠好,但痠性硅酮密封膠對金屬的腐蝕性更彊,其中百麗春牌痠性硅酮密封膠的腐蝕性最彊;痠性硅酮密封膠在固化過程中產生腐蝕性氣體,對金屬造成腐蝕。建議採用中性硅酮密封膠或其他非腐蝕性膠粘貼變壓器標示牌。

Aiming at serious corrosion an d oil leakage of the main transformer and nameplate of the radiator in substation, this paper analyzes corrosion behavior of silicone sealant used for pasting transformer nameplate to SPCC of transformer ra-diator. Changlu and Bailichun acid and neutral silicone sealants were selected as samples. Results of immersion test,neutral salt spray corrosion resistance test,damp and hot test,infrared spectroscopy testing and pH value testing indicated that penetrability of waterproof,acid-resistance and salt-resistance of acid silicone sealant was better than that of neutral silicon sealant but corrosivity of acid silicone sealant to metal was stronger. Corrosivity of Bailichun acid silicone sealant was stron-gest thereinto. Corrosive gas was produced in solidification process of acid silicone sealant which might cause corrosion of the metal. Neutral silicone sealant or other non-corrosive sealant was suggested to paste transformer nameplate.
