分析了国内外计量自动化系统的建设现状及应用需求,介绍了计量自动化系统的组成结构,研究了省级集中计量自动化系统海量数据采集、处理、存储、架构设计和模型建立等关键技术,论述了系统主要业务功能和实施后预期带来的管理成效,最后提出了省级集中计量自动化系统推广应用中有待解决的问题。

Construction status quo and application demands of metering automation system at home and abroad were analyzed and constitution structures of the system were introduced. Key technologies including mass data acquisition,disposal,stor-age,framework design and modeling of provincial centralized metering automation system were studied. Main business functions of the system and expectant management performance was discussed. Problems to be solved in popularization and application of the provincial centralized metering automation system were proposed.
