以某抽水蓄能电厂定子槽楔窜动处理为例,分析槽楔松动的原因及危害,并根据原槽楔紧固方式存在的缺陷,提出固定槽楔中间和端部的新工艺。定子槽楔新工艺可大大减小槽楔窜动的可能性,保证了机组的安全稳定运行,也为其他电厂定子槽楔松动处理工作提供参考。
以某抽水蓄能電廠定子槽楔竄動處理為例,分析槽楔鬆動的原因及危害,併根據原槽楔緊固方式存在的缺陷,提齣固定槽楔中間和耑部的新工藝。定子槽楔新工藝可大大減小槽楔竄動的可能性,保證瞭機組的安全穩定運行,也為其他電廠定子槽楔鬆動處理工作提供參攷。

Taking disposal on stator slot wedge shift in some pumped storage power plant as an example,reasons and dama-ges of stator slot wedge loose were analyzed. According to defects of primary slot wedge fastening way,new process of fix-ing middle part and end of slot wedge was proposed. This new process was able to greatly decrease possibility of slot wedge shift,ensure safe and stable operation of the unit and provide references for dealing with stator slot wedge loose in other power plants.
