对一台700 MW四角切圆煤粉锅炉不同运行氧量时的炉内流动、燃烧、传热与污染物排放特性开展了数值模拟研究,数值模拟结果与测量值较符合。研究结果表明:运行氧量降低,煤粉燃尽被延迟,炉膛火焰中心上移,屏底烟气温度上升,主、再热蒸汽温度上升,且主蒸汽与再热蒸汽的温度偏差减小;变氧量运行没有改变主燃区的强还原性气氛,运行氧量降低时,炉膛出口NOx 排放量明显减少;排烟热损失和风机电耗降低,其对机组经济性的影响大于机械和化学不完全燃烧热损失略微增加的影响,机组供电煤耗降低。

Numerical simulation on characteristics including flow,combustion,heat transmission and pollutant emission in the boiler of one 700 MW tangentially fired boiler with different running oxygen contents was developed and it was discov-ered result of numerical simulation was in accordant with measured value. Research result indicated that with decline of run-ning oxygen content,burnout of coal was delayed,flame center in furnace was lifted,fuel gas temperature,main steam and reheat steam temperature increased while temperature departure reduced. In addition,variable oxygen operation didn’t change strong reductive atmosphere in the main burning zone and with running oxygen content reducing,NOx emission load at furnace exit was obviously decreasing. Moreover,affect on economy of the unit by heat loss due to exhaust gas and power consumption reduction of the fan was more than a little increasing affect by heat loss of mechanical and chemical incomplete combustion. Coal consumption for power supply of the unit reduced as well.
