为了满足我国当前社会经济发展需求，高职教育需要培养具有高技能的实用型人才。本文详细介绍了河南农业职业学院通过开展项目设计性实验，在“饮料生产技术”实验教学改革实践中的一些有益的探索，实践表明，基于项目教学理念的实验教学改革，有益于激发学生自主学习兴趣、培养团队协作精神及实验中的动手能力和分析解决问题能力，达到了预期的教改目的。

In order to meet the needs of the current economic development,higher vocational education need to develop a highly skilled and practical talents.The paper introduces in detail of some beneficial of exploration by conducting PBL in the experimental teaching of Beverage Production Technology.Practice has proved that the experimental teaching of based on PBL are beneficial to stimulate the enthusiasm of students on independent study, the spirit of team work and manipulative ability,and reached the ready objectives of leaching reform.
