科学有效地管理医院固定资产，于医院的生存、发展有着十分重要的作用。目前，医院的固定资产管理、财务等制度已经很难适应社会的快速发展，导致公立医院的固定资产管理存在很多问题。为研究医院固定资产管理的运行效果，本文主要分析了公立医院固定资产管理的现状及存在的问题，并提出了相应的解决措施，以提高公立医院的固定资产管理水平和经济效益。
