Muxiangshunqi Pills%Synephrine%HILIC
目的：建立木香顺气丸中辛弗林的含量测定方法。方法采用 TSK Amide80色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 m,5μm),以乙酸氨溶液13 mM (pH6.7)-乙腈(v/v 17∶83)为流动相,流速为1 mL·min-1,检测波长275 nm。结果辛弗林的线性范围为1.6~40μg·mL-1(r=0.9992)；平均加样回收率为98.5%(n=9),RSD 为0.59%。结论本方法简单、迅速,辛弗林的保留因子κ满足要求,可用于木香顺气丸中陈皮药材的质量控制。

목적：건립목향순기환중신불림적함량측정방법。방법채용 TSK Amide80색보주(4.6 mm×150 m,5μm),이을산안용액13 mM (pH6.7)-을정(v/v 17∶83)위류동상,류속위1 mL·min-1,검측파장275 nm。결과신불림적선성범위위1.6~40μg·mL-1(r=0.9992)；평균가양회수솔위98.5%(n=9),RSD 위0.59%。결론본방법간단、신속,신불림적보류인자κ만족요구,가용우목향순기환중진피약재적질량공제。
Objective To establish the quantitative method for synephrine Methods The separation was undertaken on TSKgel Amide-80 (4.6 mm×150 m,5μm)column,the mobile phase was composed with 13 mM Amonium Acetate buffer (pH6.5)and acetonitrile (v/v17∶83),flow rate was 1 mL·mL-1 , the detection wavelength was 275 nm,the linearity of synephrine was between 1.6μg·mL-1 and 40μg· mL-1 (r=0.999 2),and average recovery was 98.5% (n=9)RSD=0.59% Results the method was simple and fast, and the retention factorκreached the requirements Conclusion the method could be applied to quality control of Muxiangshunqi Pills.
