目的：探讨烟酸联合姜黄素对高脂血症大鼠的降脂作用及肝脏 TNF-α与 IL-6表达的影响。方法50只SD大鼠随机分为溶剂对照组、高脂模型组、烟酸组[100 mg·(kg·d)-1]、姜黄素组[200 mg·(kg·d)-1]、联合用药组[姜黄素200 mg·(kg·d)-1+烟酸100 mg·(kg·d)-1]。8周后检测大鼠血脂,处死,取其肝脏,HE染色,免疫组化检测肝脏TNF-α与IL-6的表达情况。结果与对照组相比,高脂模型组的TC、LDL均明显升高(P<0.05),肝脏TNF-α与 IL-6表达明显增高。与高脂模型组相比,烟酸组能降低TG、LDL含量(P<0.05),姜黄素组与联合用药组均能显著降低 TC、TG、LDL 含量(P<0.05),肝脏TNF-α与IL-6表达明显降低。结论烟酸与姜黄素联合用药可增强降脂作用,且较两者单独用药效果更佳；联合用药能够明显降低肝脏TNF-α与IL-6的表达。
목적：탐토연산연합강황소대고지혈증대서적강지작용급간장 TNF-α여 IL-6표체적영향。방법50지SD대서수궤분위용제대조조、고지모형조、연산조[100 mg·(kg·d)-1]、강황소조[200 mg·(kg·d)-1]、연합용약조[강황소200 mg·(kg·d)-1+연산100 mg·(kg·d)-1]。8주후검측대서혈지,처사,취기간장,HE염색,면역조화검측간장TNF-α여IL-6적표체정황。결과여대조조상비,고지모형조적TC、LDL균명현승고(P<0.05),간장TNF-α여 IL-6표체명현증고。여고지모형조상비,연산조능강저TG、LDL함량(P<0.05),강황소조여연합용약조균능현저강저 TC、TG、LDL 함량(P<0.05),간장TNF-α여IL-6표체명현강저。결론연산여강황소연합용약가증강강지작용,차교량자단독용약효과경가；연합용약능구명현강저간장TNF-α여IL-6적표체。
Objective To study the effect of niacin combined with curcumin on blood lipids and inflammatory factors expression in hyperlipidemic rats.Methods Fifty SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,niacin group [niacin 100 mg · (kg · d)-1 ],curcumin group [curcumin 100 mg· (kg·d)-1 ]and combination therapy group [Niacin 100 mg· (kg·d)-1+curcumin 200 mg· (kg·d)-1 ].Serum lipids were detected after 8 weeks.All the rats were killed and the liver samples were taken,and hematoxylin-eosin staining,immunohistochemical detection of liver expression of TNF-αand IL-6 were studied.Results Compared to the normal control group,the content of TC and LDL in the model group was significantly higher (P < 0.05).TNF-αand IL-6 expression in the liver was significantly increased. Compared with the model group, niacin group could obviously decrease the content of TG and LDL (P < 0.05).Curcumin group and combination therapy group could both lower the content of TC,TG and LDL significantly (P < 0.05),meanwhile TNF-αand IL-6 expression in the liver was significantly decreased in these groups.Conclusion The hypolipidemic effects can be improved by combining niacin and curcumin,uhichis better than using these two drugs separately.Combined therapy can decrease hepatic TNF-αand IL-6 expression at significant level.
