目的：建立伤湿解痛膏的微生物限度检查法，并对方法进行验证。方法金黄色葡萄球菌检查和铜绿假单胞菌检查均为薄膜过滤法。结果在3次独立的平行试验中，试验组检出阳性对照菌，阴性对照组未检出，符合验证要求。结论该方法消除了样品的抑菌性，可用于该品种的微生物限度检查。
목적：건립상습해통고적미생물한도검사법，병대방법진행험증。방법금황색포도구균검사화동록가단포균검사균위박막과려법。결과재3차독립적평행시험중，시험조검출양성대조균，음성대조조미검출，부합험증요구。결론해방법소제료양품적억균성，가용우해품충적미생물한도검사。
Objective To provide a method of microbial limit test for pain cream for injury and rheumatism and carry out the verification of the method.Methods Membrane filtration method was used in both S.aureus test and P.aeruginosa test.Results In 3 parallel independent experiments,the positive bacteria were detected in the experimental group,but were not detected in the negative control group, which met the requirements of verification. Conclusion The method can eliminate the antimicrobial properties,and it can be used in the microbial limit test for pain cream for inj ury and rheumatism.
