凝结水泵变频改造后,其变频器与除氧器水位调节阀有2种控制方式,一种是由除氧器水位调节阀控制除氧器水位,凝结水泵变频控制凝结水母管压力,另一种是除氧器水位调节阀控制凝结水母管压力,凝结水泵变频控制除氧器水位。在对这2种控制方案的应用情况进行比较分析的基础上,提出了一种新的协调控制方案,以获得最好的节能效果。

Level regulating valves of frequency converter and deaerator have two control modes after variable-frequency transformation of condensate pump: in the first mode, the deaerator level is adjusted by regulating valve, and main pipe pressure of condensate is controlled by frequency variation; in the other mode, main pipe pressure of condensate is controlled by deaerator level regulating valve, and deaerator level is controlled by frequency variation of condensate pump. On the basis of comparing the application of the two control schemes, the paper proposes a new coordinated control scheme for the purpose of energy-saving maximization.
