介绍和回顾了国内外休闲农业的发展历程和模式，分析其成功发展的经验，得出主要的成功经验主要有4个方面，政府强有力的支持；行业协会、非政府组织的推动作用；培育产品的多元化、特色化，注重文化内涵；采用适宜的供给模式。以此为基础，分析了目前海南休闲农业发展滞后的原因，借鉴和吸收国内外休闲农业发展的成功模式和经验，充分发挥政府的作用；建立健全的政策法规；合理利用资源，发挥地区文化内涵；制定有效的营销策略，以期快速、健康、可持续的发展海南休闲农业。

The development process and mode of leisure agriculture at home and abroad were introduced in this article. Four successful experiments were analyzed such as forceful support from the government, promoting from the guild and non-government organization, producing various and characteristic products focusing on cultural connotation, adopting appropriate supply mode. On this basis, the reasons of the sluggish development of leisure agriculture in Hainan were discussed. Thus, the successful mode and experiment should be studied and utilized to develop the leisure agriculture in Hainan. For example, the effect of the government should be performed enough and establish wholesome policies and regulations, as well as the resource could be used more reasonably with cultural connotation. So, the effective marketing strategy were also necessary to quickly, healthy and sustainable develop the leisure agriculture in Hainan.
