为监测灰霉病菌对腐霉利的抗药性,2012年12月到2013年5月,在山东省内10个市县,采集灰霉病菌样本150余份,分离得到灰葡萄孢(Botrytis cinerea)菌株130株,采用生长速率法对130株灰霉病菌进行抗药性检测。结果表明,腐霉利对灰霉病菌的EC50的范围为0.1208~12.486μg/mL,平均EC50为4.03μg/mL,抗性频率达到67.69%。其中低抗菌株占52.38%,中抗菌株占19.048%,未检测到高抗菌株。本研究可为灰霉病的防治特别是杀菌剂的轮换使用提供依据。
為鑑測灰黴病菌對腐黴利的抗藥性,2012年12月到2013年5月,在山東省內10箇市縣,採集灰黴病菌樣本150餘份,分離得到灰葡萄孢(Botrytis cinerea)菌株130株,採用生長速率法對130株灰黴病菌進行抗藥性檢測。結果錶明,腐黴利對灰黴病菌的EC50的範圍為0.1208~12.486μg/mL,平均EC50為4.03μg/mL,抗性頻率達到67.69%。其中低抗菌株佔52.38%,中抗菌株佔19.048%,未檢測到高抗菌株。本研究可為灰黴病的防治特彆是殺菌劑的輪換使用提供依據。
위감측회매병균대부매리적항약성,2012년12월도2013년5월,재산동성내10개시현,채집회매병균양본150여빈,분리득도회포도포(Botrytis cinerea)균주130주,채용생장속솔법대130주회매병균진행항약성검측。결과표명,부매리대회매병균적EC50적범위위0.1208~12.486μg/mL,평균EC50위4.03μg/mL,항성빈솔체도67.69%。기중저항균주점52.38%,중항균주점19.048%,미검측도고항균주。본연구가위회매병적방치특별시살균제적륜환사용제공의거。
In order to monitor procymidone resistance of Botrytis cinerea, from December of 2012 to May of 2013, many Botrytiscinereasamples were collected from 10 cities in Shandong, and 130 isolates were purified from them. The resistances of Botrytis cinerea were determined in 130 isolates by measuring the mycelia growth on the fungicide-amended media. The means of the 50% effective concentration values (EC50) were 4.03 μg/mL. The resistance frequency was 67.69%, 52.38% of Botrytis cinerea was low resistant strains, 19.048% of Botrytis cinerea was moderate resistant strains; there was no high resistant strain. The results provided a theoretical basis for using fungicides efficiently to prevent and control botrytiscinereain the field.
