分子生物学实验教学是医学留学生基础医学教育中重要的一环，为了加大对分子生物学的教学力度，为留学生单独开设了分子生物学实验课并已进行完第一轮实验课程过程。文章通过首次实验课的实施，结合对实验设计、实验过程、实验准备以及实验过程中的问题等要点进行反思和总结，进一步提高留学生分子生物学实验教学水平。

Molecular biology is an important part of basic medical education of international students. In order to enhance the teaching of molecular biology,a new course ( molecular biology experiments ) was offered specially for the international students and the first round of teaching has finished. This paper summarized the process and thoughts of the first round of teaching,including experiment de-sign,operating process,experimental preparation and questions existing in the operating process, hoping to further increase the teaching level of international students in university.
