医学临床专业认证是教育部为提高高校临床专业教学水平，适应医学教育国际化的要求，提升医学生的专业竞争力，使我国医学教育与国际接轨的必然手段。免疫学是非常重要的一门专业基础课程，要总结其教学中的不足之处，采用新的适应专业认证要求的教学方法，着重培养学生实践能力和创新能力，顺利通过临床专业认证。

Accreditation of medical education by Ministry of Education aims to improve the teaching level in medical colleges and uni-versities and enhance students’ professional competiveness so as to satisfy the demands of international medical education and make medical education in China in line with international standards. Immunology is a very important professional basic course. Therefore, in order to meet the requirements of accreditation of medical education and achieve a smooth pass, the deficiencies in immunology teaching are summarized,and new teaching methods focusing on the cultivation of students’ practice and innovation ability are adopted.
