目的:对野生和人工栽培重楼中的Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu六种无机元素及重楼中的主要药效成分重楼皂苷I的含量进行比较。方法:用混酸(浓硝酸和高氯酸按照体积比1:1混合而成)对10批样品进行浸泡、消煮,制备成供试品溶液。采用空气—乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法测定无机元素;用超声提取,HPLC法测定重楼皂苷的含量。结果:野生重楼中无机元素的含量普遍比人工栽培重楼中元素元素含量要高,但是重楼皂苷I的含量栽培重楼普遍高于野生重楼。结论:本实验结果为重楼资源开发以重楼的药效性和药理毒理性提供了理论依据。

목적:대야생화인공재배중루중적Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu륙충무궤원소급중루중적주요약효성분중루조감I적함량진행비교。방법:용혼산(농초산화고록산안조체적비1:1혼합이성)대10비양품진행침포、소자,제비성공시품용액。채용공기—을결화염원자흡수광보법측정무궤원소;용초성제취,HPLC법측정중루조감적함량。결과:야생중루중무궤원소적함량보편비인공재배중루중원소원소함량요고,단시중루조감I적함량재배중루보편고우야생중루。결론:본실험결과위중루자원개발이중루적약효성화약리독이성제공료이론의거。
Objective: Detemination the con tent of Ca, Fe, Mg, Mn, Zn, Cu and aponins in Paris Polyphylla. Methods: All samples were soaked in mixed acid (nitric acid and perchloric acid according to the volume ratio 1:1), cooking, preparation of the test solution. By air acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry to analyze inorganic elements; By ultrasonic extraction and HPLC to determine the content of aponins. Results:Content of inorganic elements in wild Paris Polyphylla is higher than cultivated Paris Poly-phylla, but the content of aponins in cultivated Paris Polyphylla is generally higher than wild Paris Poly-phylla. Conclusion: The results of the experiments provide theoretical basis for pharmacological effect and Pharmacological poison rational of Paris polyphylla.
