目的：探讨胆管癌的CT诊断价值，分析CT误诊、漏诊的常见原因。方法收集青岛第三人民医院放射科2013年1月至2014年9月收治的19例经手术病理证实的胆管癌患者的CT资料进行分析。结果周围型2例，肝门型10例，肝外胆管型7例。 CT显示胆道肿块16例，梗阻部位12例呈截断型，5例呈突然狭窄型。肝内胆管17例呈中／重度扩张，扩张胆管13例呈树藤状，6例呈蟹足状，肝外胆管扩张11例，胆囊扩大7例，术前胆管癌误诊4例，误诊率为21．1％。结论 CT在胆管癌的诊断中有重要价值。
목적：탐토담관암적CT진단개치，분석CT오진、루진적상견원인。방법수집청도제삼인민의원방사과2013년1월지2014년9월수치적19례경수술병리증실적담관암환자적CT자료진행분석。결과주위형2례，간문형10례，간외담관형7례。 CT현시담도종괴16례，경조부위12례정절단형，5례정돌연협착형。간내담관17례정중／중도확장，확장담관13례정수등상，6례정해족상，간외담관확장11례，담낭확대7례，술전담관암오진4례，오진솔위21．1％。결론 CT재담관암적진단중유중요개치。
Objective To explore the CT diagnostic value of bile duct carcinoma , a common cause of CT misdiagno-sis and missed diagnosis.Methods To collect the third people′s hospital of Qingdao radiology between January 2013 and September 2013 were 19 cases confirmed by surgery pathology of bile duct carcinoma in patients with CT data were ana -lyzed.Results Peripheral in 2 cases, 10 cases of hepatic door type , 7 cases of extrahepatic bile duct type .CT showed biliary tumors in 16 cases, 12 cases o truction site is truncated type , 5 cases of sudden narrow type.Intrahepatic bile ducts in 17 cases of/severe expansion , expansion of 13 cases of bile duct timbo shaped , 6 cases of keloid and extrahepat-ic bile duct expansion in 11 cases, gallbladder enlarge the 7 cases, bile duct carcinoma preoperatively misdiagnosed 4 cases, the misdiagnosis rate was 21.1%.Conclusions CT is valuable in diagnosis of cholangiocarcinoma .
