内家拳是中国武术与道教体系结合的产物，它在拳理技法等各方面都体现了道教的核心思想，尤其是道教的教理教义对内家拳的拳理核心有着重要的指导作用；利用道教思想精华指导习练武术内家拳，有利于人们更好把握今生，长生久视，实现人生梦想；继承和发扬道教教理教义的精髓，对构建和谐社会，以“道”为核心，实践“道法自然”也有作重要的现实意义。

Internal school boxing is the combination of Chinese martial arts and Taoism system which reflects the core idea of Taoism in the theory in all aspects of techniques , especially playing an important role of Taoist doctrines of internal school boxing theory core. Making use of Taoism thought essence of guiding learning internal school boxing helps people better grasp life, live a long life, and achieve the dream of life. Inheriting and carrying forward the essence of the doctrine of Taoist also have significance on the construction of the harmonious society, regarding “Dao”as the core and practicing “Dao follows nature”.
