目的：探究胆结石患者采用围手术期护理的方法和效果。方法选取2012年10月～2013年11月收治的81例胆结石患者手术治疗同时给予护理，随机分组，实验组47例患者采取围手术期护理，对照组34例患者选择常规护理，评价两组患者的护理效果。结果实验组患者护理有效率为93．62％，对照组患者护理有效率为82．35％，差异显著，有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论胆结石患者接受围手术期护理，可使其消除恐惧情绪，减轻病痛。
목적：탐구담결석환자채용위수술기호리적방법화효과。방법선취2012년10월～2013년11월수치적81례담결석환자수술치료동시급여호리，수궤분조，실험조47례환자채취위수술기호리，대조조34례환자선택상규호리，평개량조환자적호리효과。결과실험조환자호리유효솔위93．62％，대조조환자호리유효솔위82．35％，차이현저，유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）。결론담결석환자접수위수술기호리，가사기소제공구정서，감경병통。
Objective To explore the methods and results of patients with gallstones perioperative care .Methods October 2012 November 2013 were treated 81 cases of surgical treatment of patients with gallstones while giving care , randomized experimental group of 47 patients taking perioperative care , control group of 34 patients who choose conven-tional care , evaluate two group care outcomes .Results The effective rate of 93.62%of patient care , patient care con-trol group, the effective rate of 82.35%, a significant difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions Gallstones patients perioperative care , can make it to eliminate fears , alleviate pain.
