Objective To provide a convenient tool for insulin pump therapy so as to meet the clinical needs. Methods The clini-cal operation confusion and requirements of the guidelines for diabetes are analyzed comprehensively for improving the design constantly. Results The management processes and requirements of the guidelines for diabetes are showed by chart, the medical information is made to the public, and the unified plan execution chart is formed. Conclusion This set of publicly showed chart tool is simple and easy to operate. It can be used for clinical treatment, quality control, occupation training and patients ’ education so as to ensure the quality and safety of insulin pump therapy for diabetes.
