目的：探讨观察大株红景天注射液治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法将该院2013年1月—2013年9月收治的40例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组用西药常规治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用大株红景天注射液。结果治疗组总有效率85.0%，对照组总有效率55.0%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大株红景天注射液治疗糖尿病肾病有较好疗效。

목적：탐토관찰대주홍경천주사액치료당뇨병신병적료효。방법장해원2013년1월—2013년9월수치적40례당뇨병신병환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，대조조용서약상규치료，치료조재대조조적기출상가용대주홍경천주사액。결과치료조총유효솔85.0%，대조조총유효솔55.0%，량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론대주홍경천주사액치료당뇨병신병유교호료효。
Objective To observe the curative effect of large plant rhodiola injection for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods 40 cases with diabetic nephropathy admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to September 2013 were randomly divid-ed into the treatment group and the control group. The control group was treated with the conventional western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with large plant rhodiola injection on the basis of the treatment of the control group. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.0%, and that of the control group was 55.0%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Large plant rhodiola injection has good curative effect on diabetic nephropathy.
