新时期社会的高度信息化和教育对象的多元化，学生日常管理工作日趋复杂、繁重，重复劳动在不同部门间经常出现，学生管理实务中各方面的难题与不足逐渐凸显。这就要求高校学生工作者具备更精湛的信息技术和更专业的管理水平。为了解决学校在学生工作管理上的自动化和规范化，减轻学工管理人员的劳动强度，提高学工管理的质量和水平，采用现代化的学工信息管理系统进行管理已成为一种必然趋势。通过学工信息管理系统，能使高校学生工作管理中凌乱、重复的流程清晰化，流程化，简单化；满足高校对信息资源的采集、存储、处理、组织、管理和利用的需求，实现信息资源的高度集成与共享。为学工管理提供一个高效快捷的电子化手段，同时提高各院系、各部门管理人员管理水平与办公效率，减轻工作负担的目的。因此，高校学生工作管理模式应当在坚持“以人为本”教育理念的基础上与时俱进，通过积极发挥信息技术优势、并结合先进管理理念等，综合作用、系统规划以实现高校学生管理工作创新。

With the high informationization of society and diversification of educational subjects in the new era,students daily management becomes increasingly complex and arduous,duplication of labor takes place among different departments,many aspects of the problem and the shortage become increasingly prominent in the management practices for students.This requires workers with college students management have more sophisticated information technology and professional management level. In order to solve the management automation and standardization for colleges on the student work,reduce labor intensity on school work management improve the quality and level for students management,using modern information management system of students work management has become an inevitable trend.Through students work information management system,it ena-bles the messy and repetitive process of college students work management to be clear,process-oriented and simple as well as to meet the requirement of collection,storage,processing,organization,management and utilization for the information collec-tion of higher college to achieve a high degree of integration and sharing of resources.It can provide an efficient and convenient electronic means for students work management while improving management level and office efficiency to realize the goal of re-ducing the workload.Therefore,the college students management model should develop with the times based on adhering to the"people-oriented"philosophy of education,through actively taking the advantages of information technology and combining with advanced management concepts,it can implement the innovation of college student management by integrated action and systematic planning.
