目的：解决中医护理专科人才匮乏的问题，探讨中医护理专科护士培养方案，为实施专科人才培养提供参考。方法通过文献资料法、问卷调查法形成中医护理专科护士培养方案框架，经过德尔菲专家咨询法拟定培养方案。结果共发放2471份调查问卷，征询14个省市31名专家，最终确定培养方案。共60个条目，其中，培养目标9个条目；培养对象纳入标准6个条目；师资纳入标准8个条目；培养方式5个条目；课程设置3个课程群，共18个条目，其中，公共基础课程群2个条目，专业基础课程群3个条目，专业课程群13个条目，临床实践8个条目，考核内容6个条目。结论最终形成的中医护理专科护士培养方案具有良好的代表性和权威性，对开展中医护理专科护士培养有一定的参考价值。

Objective To investigate the nursing specialty nurse training scheme and provide reference for the im‐plementation of college talent cultivation for solving the problems of TCM nursing talent shortage .Method The framework of training program for TCM nursing specialty training was studied out through the literature data meth‐od and questionnaire form ,then Delphi expert consultation method was used for developing the training program . Result A total of 2471 questionnaires from 14 provinces ,31 experts consultation was used for ultimately determined the training program including 60 items .Among which ,the training goal of 9 items ;targeted person for raining se‐lecting standard 6 items ;teachers selecting standard 8 items ;training way 5 items .3 courses group was set for the curriculum including 18 items .Among which the public basic course group 2 items ,professional basic course group 3 items and professional course group 13 items ;clinical practice had 8 items and examination content included 6 i‐tems .Conclusion Eventually form of TCM nursing specialty nurse training scheme has good representativeness and authority .It was a valuable reference to carry out the TCM nursing specialty nurse training .
