目的：探讨家庭营养治疗对复杂胆道手术患者出院后的疗效。方法将40例复杂胆道手术患者随机分为对照组和实验组，对照组予常规指导，发放饮食指导手册；实验组在对照组基础上，制订每日饮食计划，并电话随访。两组出院后一个月复查营养指标、肝功能指标、再入院率及患者满意度。结果与对照组相比，实验组白蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白提高明显，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；肝功能指标ALT、AST、TB较对照组改善明显，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论复杂胆道手术患者术后实施家庭营养治疗，有利于加快患者术后恢复。
목적：탐토가정영양치료대복잡담도수술환자출원후적료효。방법장40례복잡담도수술환자수궤분위대조조화실험조，대조조여상규지도，발방음식지도수책；실험조재대조조기출상，제정매일음식계화，병전화수방。량조출원후일개월복사영양지표、간공능지표、재입원솔급환자만의도。결과여대조조상비，실험조백단백、전백단백、전철단백제고명현，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）；간공능지표ALT、AST、TB교대조조개선명현，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론복잡담도수술환자술후실시가정영양치료，유리우가쾌환자술후회복。
Objective To study the curative effect of home nutrition treatment mode for post‐operative patients with complicated biliary tract surgery .Method 40 patients with complicated biliary tract surgery were randomly di‐vided into control and experimental groups .Patients in control group were provided with the discharge guidance and dietary guideline .Patients in experimental group were additionally receiving the daily diet plan and telephone follow‐up .The data of nutrition indicators ,liver function tests ,re‐admission rates and patients’ satisfaction degree were collected at the end of one month after discharged from hospital and compared between the two groups .Result The results shown that the albumin ,prealbumin and transferrin in the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group ,the differences were statistically significant (P<0 .05) .The indicators of liver function tests ,including ALT ,AST and TB were also improved in the experimental group compared with the control group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Home nutrition treatment is beneficial to the post‐operative recovery of the patients after re‐ceiving the complicated biliary tract surgery .
